Hi, Unlike Safari, the MS-Word layout does not contains the Two-Sided selection box. In order to perform Duplex Printing, simply click the 3rd scroll-box (Copies & Pages and then select Layout. Set the Two-Sided option to Long-Edge binding for portrait duplexing or Short-Edge for Landscape. Regarding PDF, Apple Preview contains the Two-Sided option, therefore i assume you are using Adobe Reader - if that's the case indeed, you should open the Print Dialog and then click the Printer button - the Two-Sided option will be listed there. If it is any other Application, please clarify which one it is.
